Refund Policy

✅ We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new CutNest Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • The 30-day window applies to your first payment on a new subscription, not to renewal charges.
  • Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@cutnest.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period — we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period except within the 30-day guarantee window.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis (e.g. duplicate charges, extended service outages). Contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
